Do as I did in dd9f1217aada80b4e25327638e3f8ceacf666eb3 (i.e. add USE=systemd), and we also do in virtual/libudev. Portage got hung up on this again with a user today in #gentoo. A mask on sys-apps/systemd helped them move but we shouldn't need that. Signed-off-by: Sam James <sam@gentoo.org>
