WANG Xuerui f13e65f237 dev-util/debootstrap: keyword 1.0.134 for ~loong
Previously my script interpreted "no updates" on dpkg (actually because
the version is unkeyworded) as success, and pkgcheck scan was not run.
The two packages in fact function correctly on real hardware.
