Thought it was only a build-time dep (which is required), but kitty also has code to use it at runtime for what seems to be configurable custom shaders, kitty's binary bundle also ships slangc in bin/ Debated just adding it to RDEPEND given it's already in BDEPEND but, given it seems(?) to be optional unless users setup custom shaders in kitty.conf, may as well spare binpkgs users given it's still a ~50MB package in its current form that won't be needed for most.
