Sam James b898637f1b metadata/stabilization-groups: sendmail.group: drop ~arch-only smrsh ...

I don't think pkgdev can handle the case where a stable group contains
a ~arch only package, so drop smrsh from the group for now (in a separate
commit to serve as a form of documentation).
