Sam James 88b967aeff sys-process/atop: use upstream systemd units in 2.7.1-r1 ...

Revbump so folks can give us feedback. Upstream now have
their own systemd units, so let's try using those.

Aside: I've also opened a PR to upstream our
OpenRC init scripts.
