Remove the svga flag. It was by default disabled and not really used, since svgalib was not buildable for a long time. Commit straight to stable, in most (probably all) cases this commit changes nothing. Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/962077 Signed-off-by: Viorel Munteanu <ceamac@gentoo.org>
