- EAPI6ify
- Gitify no-perldoc patch ( doesn't apply with EAPI6 )
- Use native perl-module.eclass mechanics for SRC_TEST ( hand-coded
  version didn't fail with test failures )
- Fix test failures without '.' in @INC
- Disable parallel testing
