Seems at least GCC-14 makes implicit function declarations errors, so add compilation patch to include what's being used. Seen the problem on Darwin 23 for strcmp, and on Linux for time. Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/920936 Signed-off-by: Fabian Groffen <grobian@gentoo.org>
