Petr Vaněk d5024db188 dev-python/pymacaroons: nose to pytest & py3.11 support ...

This revision bump applies patch which backports parts of the upstream
PR #59 related to nose to pytest transition.

Additionally:
- py3.11 support is enabled
- update DESCRIPTION
