Rahul Sandhu 6e71739e68 sec-policy/selinux-gorg: treeclean ...

The gorg policy module was dropped in June 2025 in our upstream policy
repo[1] and has not worked properly for years. Nothing pulls it in via
RDEPEND, so treecleaning should not impact any users.
