The system exists precisely to avoid clobbering archive.apache.org and getting marked as abusive, then being IP-banned. The archive site is even intended only for last-ditch fallbacks / old versions, they don't like when you solely hit that one. Signed-off-by: Eli Schwartz <eschwartz@gentoo.org>
