Including missing generated headers in build graph, correct usage of gettimeoftheday, cast of pointer types to type with same width and renaming of true and false. Not fixed: Sometimes, in some shuffle values root makefile tries to run branch makefiles before generating them. Don't understand that and can't fix it.
