* Enable exec-static-trampoline by default. Was planning on doing this
  a while ago, see 3ac8657f39,
  dc2a79fe4e, and 7edad73b87,
  and now feels like the right time with a new release.

  See https://github.com/libffi/libffi/issues/869 too.

  Meant to explain this in 913b9ae633 and forgot.

* Add revert patch here too for bug #949051.
