* DISTUTILS_USE_SETUPTOOLS value is probably incorrect
*   have:     DISTUTILS_USE_SETUPTOOLS=bdepend (or unset)
*   expected: DISTUTILS_USE_SETUPTOOLS=no

by setup 'DISTUTILS_USE_SETUPTOOLS=no'
