Mart Raudsepp e1d7b64010 games-mud/gnome-mud-9999: updates (https git, gconf gone, higher glib dep) ...

The clone didn't even work anymore, due to git:// anonymous access not existing
with gitlab.
Also fix intltool min dep and explicitly dep and enable MCCP.
