dev-python/pytest-xvfb: use EPYTEST_PLUGINS ...

Being empty replaces AUTOLOAD=1 as the Gentoo standard way to set this
now, albeit still need to set PYTEST_PLUGINS manually to avoid
depending on self in pytest-* ebuilds.
