Arthur Zamarin 2168ed9a66 dev-python/nose2: enable py3.10 ...

- cleanup dependencies
- use more verbose testing
- fix missing dep for doc generation
- tests (and package itself) need coverage dep. Without it we get
  the same failure reported in the bug.
- enable py3.10
