- update DESCRIPTION
- add USE={debug,idn}
- previous ebuilds were debug ones
- swap local USE=openssl to global USE=gnutls
- preserves the default behaviour
- remove USE=test
- there is no switch to disable building them
- bump glib version
- remove glib slot
- fold PATCHES
- rework `--with-ssl` assignment with `local` & `usex`
- introduce myeconfargs
- add `-type f` to find for improved efficiency
