Ionen Wolkens 4f66216f9c sys-libs/gwenhywfar: switch to qt_get_broot_binary ...

Also move QTPATHS behind `use qt6` given get_broot_binary
will call `die` if the binary is missing, which is possible
with USE=-qt6.
