Sam James f130436a22 net-print/foomatic-db-engine: fix installation of Defaults.pm ...

In 4d73f12f08, the `emake defaults` call
was moved from src_configure -> src_compile, but that meant the Defaults.pm
doesn't exist when the Makefile is generated for the Perl module, so it
never gets installed.
