Upstream yanked the release. The primary reason is incompatibility with old versions of setuptools, so it's not critical for Gentoo users to downgrade, but we shouldn't be running a yanked release. Reverts: d9b9167f2f41cd216fbf62b9a22245e9a03a8463 Signed-off-by: Michał Górny <mgorny@gentoo.org>
