* corrected dostrip -x from opt/clion to ${dir}
* corrected the updating of clion, should be done
by the pm
* corrected arm/amd64 usexes
* corrected rpath of .so-es
* dropped the macOS and Win* .NET runtime packs
* corrected the new paths of the jcef plugins,
updated the patchelf calls as per relocations
of files
