pyqt6-6.12.0 has removed QtPdf bindings (USE=pdfium) and moved them to its own package. 6.11.0 is a transitional metapackage to let us update dependencies without using a temporary || ( ) that would later need cleanup. Note that 6.140.0's >=qtwebengine-6.140.0 dependency has not been released yet, masked and can be used with 6.140.9999 in the interim. May add a qtwebengine snapshot if there is a need to unmask it.
