Alfred Wingate 5eda2b6e1f app-text/paperwork-backend: use sdist, fixup deps ...

* Check dependencies.
* Use pytest for nicer output and easier deselects (if necessary).
* Use pypi sdist because it has generated AUTHORS.json. This means it
  would have all the information for a good Authors page, because
  authors are parsed from the git-log.
