The dep was added in b1253c0061 but it
isn't strictly needed at runtime. Make it an optfeature instead for
those who want/need credential support (getting a password or token
from a keyring or password manager).
Note that this means 5.1.4 has to be EAPI 8 now for optfeature.eclass,
but there's no rush for EAPI 9, so whatever.
