James Le Cuirot 87af61eceb profiles: Force ffmpeg-chromium only on stable
Using vanilla media-video/ffmpeg appears to work again, but an unstable
version is currently required. This is unlikely to change because
Chromium upstream tends to use bleeding edge ffmpeg.
