Ionen Wolkens 70895dbd99 dev-python/qtpy: pyqt6[pdfium] -> pyqt6-pdf ...

pyqt6-6.12.0 has moved QtPdf bindings (USE=pdfium) to its own package
due to the qtwebengine versioning changes (aka, now pyqt6-pdf-6.140.0).

pyqt6-pdf-6.11.0 exists as a transitional package to avoid the need
for a temporary || ( pyqt6-pdf pyqt6[pdfium(-)] ) in revdeps.
