Skip one new test for a new API as one of the testcases fails with -D_GLIBCXX_ASSERTIONS. It's not clear to me if it's a bug in the testcase or if the intention is to reject it early instead in the new API. Reported upstream by email. Signed-off-by: Sam James <sam@gentoo.org>
