Since >=dev-cpp/gtest-1.17, GoogleTest now requires C++17 as the absolute minimum standard. GSL defines the standard to be C++14, thus failing compilation of tests (doesn't affect lib itself). Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/969655 Signed-off-by: Arthur Zamarin <arthurzam@gentoo.org>
