Arthur Zamarin 379bf98f18 dev-cpp/ms-gsl: fix compilation with >=dev-cpp/gtest-1.17
Since >=dev-cpp/gtest-1.17, GoogleTest now requires C++17 as
the absolute minimum standard. GSL defines the standard to be
C++14, thus failing compilation of tests (doesn't affect lib
itself).
