Subject: [PATCH] fix compiling with c++20
The second parameter in function allocate() was removed in C++20 standard.
These changes are backward compatible. Prior standard will use these:
* < C++17: pointer allocate( size_type n, const void * hint = 0 ); // (until C++17)
* < C++20: T* allocate( std::size_t n ); // (since C++17)
* = C++20: [[nodiscard]] constexpr T* allocate( std::size_t n );
