Kent Fredric 29d4814a06 dev-lang/moarvm: Fix dependency on libtommath-1.0 re bugs #608548 and #576284 
Upstream has used a bundled copy of libtommath at version 1.0 since
version 2016.02, but we use system copies, and so, which end users
who are running full ~arch would have gotten a working version by
fortunate accident.

An -r1 bump is required here, as dependency propagation must replicate,
even for people who already have compile working, as users must be
discouraged fron downgrading libtommath if they try to do partial
reversion to 'arch'

Thanks to the patient reporters and commenters on the related bugs.

Ilya Tumaykin d493aa73c6 profiles/base/package.use.mask: mask mpv[libav] 
Libav is basically unsupported by mpv, see upstream issues 3923, 3925.
Needs patch to even build, subs are broken and not supported anymore.

I cannot call such state of mpv[libav] stable with a clear conscious.
Upstream's position on libav support leaves little hope the situation
will improve in the future.

Sorry, but mpv[libav] users will have to migrate to ffmpeg, to another
player, send fixes upstream, or live with partly broken functionality.

Marek Szuba 777fd2b49b dev-libs/amdgpu-pro-opencl: new package 
Bits of AMDGPU-Pro providing OpenCL support. Work fine with the Open Source
amdgpu stack, the only catch is that one also needs the proprietary version of
libdrm_amdgpu which could conflict with the one from x11-libs/libdrm.
Fortunately, this can be easily worked around by hacking rpath of the OpenCL
library. Will hopefull integrate well with the rest of AMDGPU-Pro once it has
made it into the tree.

Please note that this driver works ONLY when loaded by dev-libs/ocl-icd;
there is no possibility for it to operate as an independent implementation.

For the time being this is a 64-bit only package. That said, although AMD
only supports AMDGPU-Pro on amd64 the driver pack does include 32-bit binaries
 - so multilib support might be added later.
