Patrice Clement da91f19eda dev-java/jflex: raise {jre/jdk} reqs to 1.6 so that source/target flags get 
adjusted accordingly. Fixes bug 557018.

Also add a couple of missing die statements and reorder dependencies by putting
common dependencies in CDEPEND variable.

Mike Frysinger 719cc5ef24 microcode-ctl: stop installing the init script 
Updating microcode on the fly is dangerous as it can modify the set of
valid instructions.  An active example of this is Intel's TSX insns --
the latest microcode push disables the insn on newer CPUs and causes
SIGILL when you try to use it.  But if you test for the insn before the
microcode is updated, it will execute fine.  For daemons that launched
before the update, they'll find the flag works, and then crash later on
when the insn no longer exists.

Thus the only safe way to update microcode is at boot time via a builtin
initramfs.  Details on this operation can be found in #528712#41.

Mike Frysinger 9a1061d106 microcode-data: add USE=initramfs #528712 
This flag quickly generates a small initramfs that the kernel needs to
load the microcode at boot time.  This way people don't have to figure
out the right incantations themselves.

Mike Frysinger df93befac0 microcode-data: add USE flags to control install of file sets #403119 
With newer kernels, there's no need to install the microcode.dat file
as they can automatically load the ucode files themselves.  Add USE
flags so people can avoid installing the parts they don't need.

Ian Stakenvicius 448a2ee70b mozilla packages: Fix and normalize SRC_URI 
As per gentoo bug 557040, upstream dropped their FTP archive.  This
commit cleans up all MOZ_*_URI specifications in mozilla ebuilds
to match one-another.  Ebuilds now use MOZ_HTTP_URI and
http://archive.mozilla.org/ ; adjusted ebuilds include:
