Alexis Ballier 38d84cce8a dev-lang/python:{2.7,3.4,3.5}: Move epatch_user call before sedding libdir. Bug #574962. 
This allows sharing patches between different architectures where libdir differ.

Michał Górny 5f6fc12a87 dev-lang/python:2.7: Do not update meaningless Python 2 preference 
Python 2 preference is meaningless since we only support one version
of Python 2, and it causes Python 2 to be preferred over non-selected
versions of Python 3.
