064af661d0 */*: [QA] Fix trivial cases of MissingTestRestrict 
The result was achieved via the following pipeline:

    pkgcheck scan -c RestrictTestCheck -R FormatReporter \
      --format '{category}/{package}/{package}-{version}.ebuild' |
    xargs -n32 grep -L RESTRICT |
    xargs -n32 sed -i -e '/^IUSE=.*test/aRESTRICT="!test? ( test )"'

The resulting metadata was compared before and after the change.
Few Go ebuilds had to be fixed manually due to implicit RESTRICT=strip
added by the eclass.  Two ebuilds have to be fixed because of multiline
IUSE.

be7635b89a dev-python/pygobject: fix missing test dep, die on test failures 
The testing emake call had a missing "|| die", thus the test phase
only errored out if the last tested python version failed tests,
but not if earlier python version tests failed. This was observed
from pytest for python2.7 missing due to the missing dep and that
not being fatal.
Add the missing test dep.
