Ionen Wolkens 251cc7ce2b dev-qt/qtdeclarative: fix qtsvg automagic in 6.7+ 
Qt6Svg been checked by the build system for a long time but
was only used for unused examples and (manual) tests and so
was ignored.

...but 6.7 adds a svgtoqml tool which actually links with it
and is otherwise skipped without qtsvg.

Doesn't seem very interesting, so left off-by-default for now.
Could change if something needs it, albeit USE=svg is default
on desktop profiles either way.

Have not verified if 6.6.x did this one too (perhaps overlooked
last time checked), but noticed in 6.7 anyhow.

New with USE=webdriver. Originally thought it was just something
normal given the nature of webdriver (meant for testing) but now
noticed this is only created by tests/auto files.

Sam James 56f0bb5849 app-arch/xz-utils: add/restore 5.4.2 
This is the last release signed by Lasse Collin, the previous signer of xz-utils
releases.

Downgrade to this out of an abundance of caution. We are not aware of any issues
that *specifically* require this.

Note that the Manifest matches dfcc1f271f from
when 5.4.2 was removed from ::gentoo in the past.

Patrick McLean bf0bf11ed3 dev-python/xmlsec: Remove ver restriction on lxml (bug #927927) 
As per upstream issue, the segfaults are caused die to lxml being linked
against a different libxml2 than xmlsec. This isn't a problem for
package manager installed packages, especially source based installs.

Eli Schwartz 7a8bb8b9e7 net-nds/openldap: fix automagic dependency on cyrus-sasl 
The client programs can depend on sasl as well. But we never passed the
relevant options when building with USE=minimal, as is the default on
desktop profiles to avoid building the entire server infrastructure.

This was then detected on the official binhost, producing a totally
invalid package.
