Eli Schwartz 06e2a745eb app-arch/dump: mark as LTO-unsafe 
Software is abandoned sourceforge-ware. It is also buggy and can cause
corruptions, so not incredibly worth optimizing how fast you can corrupt
your filesystem backups. Definitely not worth engaging with sourceforge
to report the bug.

Eli Schwartz 2ac4d509de media-sound/musepack-tools: add 495 
Upstream committed this revision in 2016 and is dead since then. It
incorporates several fixes that were painfully patched around long after
the fix was already available upstream.

While we are at it, we can enforce visibility, which upstream supports
but simply did not hook up.

Eli Schwartz 16238c265b media-libs/libreplaygain: add 483 
Upgrade to latest revision upstream, from 2013-10-21. Contains one
effective change, that being the one that led to having a custom
src_install() function.

Reroll the patch as well (we don't care about COMPONENTS but it made the
hunk be rejected).

Enable parquet by default, as it is required for dev-python/pandas.
Also enable snappy — while technically pandas require it
on dev-libs/apache-arrow only, we can enable it here as well.
