... to avoid installing broken static libraries w/ LTO.

With USE=multitarget, the USE=sim code is installed as a series of
static libraries, {libdir}/libsim-{target}.a

Holger Hoffstätte b503590759 dev-debug/sysdig: add 0.41.4 
After over a year of broken upstream releases this finally adds a
version that works and no longer crashes when running Lua chisels.
The most notable change is that this release no longer needs gRPC
for container support and instead relies on a binary plugin, which
unfortunately means we permanently lose ~x86 support.

Holger Hoffstätte 60cc70408d dev-debug/scap-driver: add 0.21.0 
Finally a new release after sysdig managed to fix itself.
Unfortunately we lose ~arm64 (for now) and ~x86 (permanently) since
sysdig started to rely on binary plugins with limited platform support.

Holger Hoffstätte 7a96a8a0e2 dev-debug/bpftrace: only check host kernel config when running tests 
When tests are enabled, linux-info will check an on-disk configuration
first before checking the running kernel. This fails when the tests
are run in e.g. a container which contains a valid kernel configuration
on disk, but the host kernel does not. Fix this by forcing linux-info
to look for kernel sources in a directory that (hopefully) does not
exist and therefore fall back to runtime checks only.
