sys-freebsd/freebsd-ubin: Install 'man' as part of the package
Since sys-apps/man is being treecleaned, and sys-apps/man-db is bloated with dependencies that are plain broken on FreeBSD, build & install the original FreeBSD man implementation. Signed-off-by: Michał Górny <mgorny@gentoo.org>
