dev-python/python-rethinkdb: Drop python@ from maintainers

This package has been dumped on Python team without asking and it has
been unmaintained since.  Its closely related to dev-db/rethinkdb,
and has no reverse dependencies.  Its usefulness to generic Python
audience is doubtful.
