gnome-extra/cinnamon-screensaver: add := for xdotool new soname

This is the only package I could find that actually uses libxdo,
every other packages are using the CLI xdotool that I can see.

Haven't tested building against the new xdotool but, despite the
major version bump, I am not aware of any API breaking changes
and hopefully is fine.
