dev-libs/nss: return 3.112 to the tree
I haven't been able to find any official documentation about the next nss-esr, but firefox-140esr currently ships nss-3.112 so we'll use that in preparation of nss-esr (and firefox-140esr and thunderbird-140esr) stabilization. Signed-off-by: Joonas Niilola <juippis@gentoo.org>
