dev-python/jinja: version bump to 2.9.2

Contains some files with Python 3.5+-only syntax. These will show some
SyntaxErrors while installing on older Pythons. However, installation will
complete successfully, and there does not appear to be a straightforward
workaround. Upstream decided to leave it as is.
