dev-lang/python: Fix version number in 3.12.0_beta1_p4
Revert the upstream commit appending "+" to the Python version number. Apparently using a non-PEP 440 version breaks a number of packages (Poetry, argparse-manpage). Signed-off-by: Michał Górny <mgorny@gentoo.org>
