mail-mta/sendmail: add 8.18.1.16
Upstream released this snapshot (with some c23/gcc15 fixes) to handle the restrictions not allowing recipients with different domains in one transaction, even though they have the same MXs. Please read the SNAPSHOT_NOTES from sendmail docs to enable/disable the restrictions in your sendmail.mc/sendmail.cf, and report any problems (or successful operation) following the instructions from the README file.
